Giving AMTA Members a Voice at National Convention

Thanks to everyone who joined us in Portland for AMTA’s 2011 National Convention! What a fantastic event. Check out Convention photos!

More than 1,400 attendees participated in one of AMTA’s largest conventions. Keynote speaker Kevin Carroll, founder of The Katalyst Consultancy and author of Rules of the Red Rubber Ball, captivated the audience during the opening session. And everyone enjoyed the opportunity to earn more than 20 hours of continuing education credit plus a chance to tour the largest exhibit hall in the profession.

AMTA Member Corrin Burnell, 3^rd VP of AMTA’s WI Chapter said that her best AMTA experience to date is “National Convention 2011 in Portland. Getting together with other WI members I did not meet at home. I made life long friends and have a sense of belonging.”

There were so many familiar faces and new friends made over a great few days. Join us at next year’s National Convention in Raleigh, NC on October 3 – 6!
